Payment
Participant fee is 250 € for early registration and 280 € for late registration. Conference fee will cover attendance to all scientific sessions, conference ice-breaker reception, five breakfasts and lunches during the conference, coffee breaks and conference banquet.
The early registration will be closed on March 30, 2010. It is possible to register at the beginning of conference in Cracow (late registration).

If you need an invoice for the conference fee please contact us by email. Please include your institution VAT identification number and any data you need on the invoice.
Hotel
Hotel accommodation costs about 40€ per person and it is not covered by the fee. Please indicate on the registration form whether you require a hotel, and we will make appropriate reservation for you. Number of the hotel rooms is limited to 100.
Oral and poster contribution
Participants who wish to give a presentation (oral or poster) must submit an abstract on-line in the registration form (see below). During the abstract registration, authors can indicate if they would prefer their contribution to be a poster (choose "Yes" in Poster Contribution) or if they would like to be considered for an oral presentation (choose "Yes" in Oral Contribution). SOC decides if presentation is oral or poster.
In abstract you can use LaTeX symbols.
