The symmetry hypothesis of radio-sources suggested in Paper I (Rys 1994)
is used for the description of the asymmetrical structures using
relativistic flip-flop model. The assumption that the flux of radio-wave
of plasma cloud depends on time according to a power law (caused by
synchrotron losses and/or inverse Compton scattering) is compared to an
exponential law (caused by adiabatic expansion and diffusion).
A suggestion concerning approximations of the relative age of a radio
structure is given.
