Before we start - a couple of useful hints

1. Landing at Krakow
Krakow Airport (EPKK) is well connected to the rest of the City. The best way for you would be to take the Airport Taxi. The price for the taxi (Airport - Conference Centre) is app. 69 PLN. The driver accepts payment cards and can issue a receipt on demand. The exact address of the Conference Centre is: ul. Jodłowa 13 Kraków - Instytut Europeistyki UJ (Institute for the European Studies). All taxi drivers have to pass an exam that test their knowledge of the city, so they should know the route very well. In an unlike event of fog alert, your flight might be diverted to Katowice or Wrocław airports. In that case your airline will dispatch buses that will take you to Krakow Airport.

2. Food
It is rather probable that the hotel restaurant might be closed at 19th of October. In that case you may choose to order some food by phone Restaurants "Pizza Paolo" (+48 12 346 33 99, www.pizzapaolo.pl) and "Strefa 16" (+48 12 425 18 22, http://www.strefa16.pl/) are worth checking, they are quite close and the food is acceptable. The first one is open till 20:00, the second one till 22:00. Also, you can take a bus down to the city centre. You may use www.krakow.jakojade.pl to plan your journey - choose "Rynek" (Marketplace) or "Zamek Wawel" (Wawel Royal castle) as the destination. Please plan your return journey, too - last bus arrives near the Conference Centre at 23:06, so in case you want to return later, you need to take a taxi. Taxi MPT (+48 12 644 55 55) might a good choice then.

3. Contact with the LOC
Should you find yourself in times of trouble, do not hesitate to contact us at +48 729 372 364 or +48 799 231 636. We will do our best to help you!
